Working across different sectors and organisations, I see a common thread - the need for a clear aligned purpose and vision, supported by a leadership team that has the confidence, competence and commitment to deliver the vision and build a culture that supports it.
I enjoy working with aspirational, innovative and award-winning businesses, large and small, and am also involved with organisations promoting entrepreneurialism and leadership in the UK such as The New Entrepreneurs Foundation and Common Purpose. I am committed to providing a gold standard service and align myself with like-minded professional organisations.
With an extensive media background, supported by a broad range of specialist professional accredited training, I bring knowledge and experience to provide a high standard of business support to ambitious leaders and their teams.
Accreditation
I am an accredited coaching provider for the CPD Standards Office, a member of the Association for Coaching and was a vetted and approved Business Development & Innovation Coach, and also Leadership & Management Training Provider for Growth Accelerator between 2012 and 2015. In 2014, I was shortlisted and nominated for the “Outstanding Growth Coach of the Year” Award at The Brave & The Bold Business Awards.
